Google Bad Review: Unfortunately this company and its agent Androulla tried to ask for a higher deposit bond after a lower one had already been agreed and our holding fee had already been paid for a property in Lee. This unfair and misleading practice made us stop the whole process immediately and after three months we are still waiting for the full refund of the holding fee we paid. The Property Redress scheme has also demanded for the refund of this fee and is currently trying to get the remaining amount paid back to us. Disgraceful and shocking experience, be very careful and avoid this company/agent, they are completely ignoring the law and trading standards.
