Google Bad Review 1: Do not confuse the ability and professionalism of Leonewman in Fitzrovia with this part of the company. This office is incompetent, unaware and struggle to complete the most menial tasks. Pre-moving in their was no-one from the company to show us round the property (this should of been the massive warning sign). When we were given the keys and had signed a contract containing non-legally binding clauses (which we were unaware of at the time), we were asked to leave a review of the company and had I left a review in the first month of living at the property- it would of been 5 stars. However they have the worst property management section I have encountered in my years of renting in London. This meant cold water and no heating in winter, damp and mould, vital structural repairs ignored and unapologetic emails about their inability to help with faults. If you need to rent or buy with this office get your contract checked over before you sign and it’s worth your time and money to get a handyman on a retainer as it’s going to be more efficient than waiting for this office to lift a finger.

Very poor , filthy, awful conditions, but once they got money they will never fix it.
I have two children but they don't care about children.
Other things, they left three month for leaking problem.
