Google Bad Review (2): Perhaps one of the worst Accounting firm I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with, I was charged double the amount I was initially quoted for. My friend recommended this practice to me a few years ago, the accountant that I use to deal with who was really good apparently left the job and over the last two years our work was assigned to Halima, to be fair she did do the work properly, however it was just non stop calls and emailing about missing information, I believe we went back and forth 7 or 8 times when she couldve just asked all the information in one go, later on I gathered that the longer they do your work the more they charge. We paid over double the amount we paid last year for the same level of work, a similar number of invoices without any complicated work. As a small business this took a big hit on us and we are really disappointed. After speaking to the Accountant, she was unapologetic and couldnt give me a good enough reason even though I asked her to compare the previous year accounts to this year account and charges. Suffice to say I am not coming here again, stay away!!
