Google Bad Review: Used this company for a homebuyers survey, was impressed with the ease of booking and timely manner that survey was undertaken and provided to me.
However quality of the survey subpar, Japanese knotweed identified as Blackberry brambles, valuation significantly lower than banks valuation, damp identified in areas where there isn't any (verified by independent damp company), not to mention basic grammatical and spelling errors contained within the report.
Quality of information is so poor that second survey is required, therefore asked for refund and met with an unprofessional and defensive response – no doubt this review will be met with the same!
Quality so bad that I was left with no choice but to report concerns to RICS to investigate.
