Google Bad Review 1: Horrible experience from a very unprofessional jewellery designer. Laurence herself doesn’t have a clue how to run a business. The designs look good but the quality is bad – workmanship poor and they charge you an extortionate amount to fix things when they say it’s free. Don’t believe them. I was a loyal customer who spent easily over £10,000 in 10 years with LC – never again. There are so many other designers who do the same look and have excellent customer service. Buying a luxury piece of jewellery should be about the whole experience. She clearly needs to go to business school.

Google Bad Review (2): Laurence Coste is a fab jewellery shop on Walton Street, a great discovery! Unfortunately there are only 1 or 2 pairs of each design so yu have to be quick to get the pair you want or it will fly off the shelves!
