Google Bad Review 1: My husband Made a booking yesterday and tried to pay for our holiday to no avail so he rang the company on the number provided which just rang out all evening long. Then spoke to someone in the end who gave a number that didn’t even ring out!
The same this morning all we want is to make our payment to book our holiday! It’s ridiculous not to be able to speak to any one. Very poor custom

Google Bad Review (2): I made a booking yesterday. Not once have they called me or emailed me to say what’s happening with my booking they had the whole day today from 8:30am, all they sent was a confirmation request. No further communication. I sent them 20 emails, left messages, rang them 48 times, no reply. Rings, tell you to leave a message, put you on hold and then cuts you off. Absolutely awfully disgusting customer service. Doesn’t deliver what it says. Not last minute booking. Should be called don’t care minutes booking. Extremely poor service, unprofessional. Don’t bother wasting your time.
Not even worth 1 star rating. Would give -5 star ratings. Ruined my entire weekend.
