Google Bad Review 1: I started using them a year ago, I was super impressed with them. The standards however have gone downhill, the cancelled my appointment on the day which took 4 weeks to rebook after trying to contact them numerous times. When you do get an appointment, it’s super rushed and not up to standard (a half leg, bikini and underarms last took 10 minutes) the customer care has seriously gone down hill. Unfortunately I purchased a package so I’ll use this up, but I think I’ll need to go to another salon for them to fix the areas they have missed. I certainly wouldn’t recommend them to anyone else anymore.

Google Bad Review (2): Lied to about price on the phone…
Firstly – I don't think I've ever written a negative review for any business, only positive.
Anyone booking through the phone or in person should be aware that they are likely to lie about which package you need, and then make you buy add-ons for a crazy price.
I called to book an appointment on the phone when there was a 50% deal on, and was assured that the package I purchased covered all the areas I wanted – I actually triple-checked with the woman on the phone.
However when the session finished the girl told me I had to buy a £29 add-on, and that the woman on the phone was wrong. Not only did I have to pay for the add-on, but I had to pay at full price rather than at the 50% I booked originally. I told the woman in the store if I knew it was going to be an add-on I would have purchased it when it was 50% off on the phone, a few weeks prior.
I was embarrassed and made to feel like I was trying to cheat them out of money, when in fact they were the ones who lied to me and showed very poor customer service. It would have not affected them at all all to honour the phone call I had, and at least give me the add-on for my original 50% booking, or not at all. It ruined my day and I felt so embarrassed.
I will not be recommending it to any friends, for which I have many looking for a reliable laser clinic. The worst thing a business can do is make you feel like a Karen just for trying to get them to honour their word. I hope they see this and refund me my £29. It's the principle!
I have used Laser Clinics in Australia and loved it, it's a shame the UK branch doesn't care about keeping customers loyal/happy.
UPDATE – they emailed me and I told them what happened, when they realised they were wrong they stopped replying to me, so I cancelled my future appointments.
I have since gone to Arc Aesthetics who have pretty much the same pricing and do a more thorough job (with the same machine) anyway. Quicker to get an appointment too!
