Google Bad Review 1: What a rip off. No communication. Didnt even look in my house properly for rats . Didnt even put traps in my house. Done a drain survey ? Cost the earth ? Photos of drain but proved nothing . Then wants to charge more . And still hadn't been in my loft or looked properly in the house. Also broke my fence and didnt say a word. When asked she said ( I forgot to tell you!!) Knowing I have dogs who can get out. Cost loads and still have rats.

Google Bad Review (2): The extent of the site visit was to establish there was an internal manhole cover in the garage to my property and then say with due certainty the rats were getting into the house via a broken pipe leading to the main drain. However an inspection could not be made as the screws had seized. The Technician dismissed any other way the rodents could get in. After 10 minutes he left.
However having since had a proper inspection it appears that rats had come up via an external drain as there were droppings . This was dismissed at the time by the ‘Technician’.
