Google Bad Review 1: Is this a beauty salon or a dog minding service? I walked in to find 4 + dogs wandering around a very tiny space. I had a hair dye appointment where the stylist mixed up my dye with another customers and has refused to refund me. My normal hair color is brown and they dyed it a jet black which I’ve had to pay to fix elsewhere. And last but not least, the owner was extremely ill mannered when taking payment. Avoid! I’m shocked such a cheap quality salon is in such a beautiful area.

Google Bad Review (2): This place looks very nice and I wanted it to be my new favourite salon but every experience was bad.
1st time the technician wax too much my brows so there were super thin. You can imagine the distress when you tried to have fuller brows for years, I literally cried at the salon. When I said that I was not happy, she said that they were a misunderstanding as the way I explained it was apparently not clear, she did not take any responsibility and say that I can come back an other time for free.
A few months later, I decided to give an other try with the complimentary offer. I have been very explicit that I want to keep thick brows. Shape was ok but completely burned my skin, I had to ask for a lotion that was not calming at all. I had a big scratch for days after that and the esthetician put the blame on me that I did not closed my eye properly. Never happened to me before in other salon and I have my brows waxed for years…
3rd time I came late of 10 min, I was the last client of the day and they refuse to do brow tint as I was late. Fair to say, but I left the salon 20 min before closing so plenty of time to add this service if it was good customer service. The waxing was one more time too thin and I make it clear I did not wanted thin. Then without me saying anything, the girls critized my brows that I have a lot of holes in my brows but there were « not too bad ». Adding one star as I had calming lotion the last time.
I believe the all 5 stars review from new reviewers are completely made up by the salon. Don’t go there for eye brows !
