Google Bad Review 1: I booked a bridal consultation appointment with Nisha as I wanted an expert opinion and guidance on what to go for for, however when I arrived she wasn't in the shop so an assistant offered to try some pieces on me whilst we waited for Nisha to arrive.
Nisha then appeared in the shop but completely ignored me and did a consultation and design for another bride during the slot I had booked with her. The consultation I could hear and see her doing with another bride is what I was after – giving guidance on shapes, colours, focal points etc.
After an hour of the assistant trying pieces on me and not getting the real expert opinion and design ideas I had booked for, I asked if I was ever getting my time in with Nisha which I had booked. I was really confused what was going on.
Nisha then came out and asked if I could come back in a weeks time..?
She said as the piece I had seen online wasn't in store I should come back. There was no attempt at a consultation at all, I don't know what I had booked or travelled for an hour to get there for.
I wasn't necessarily after the piece I had seen online, it was just a guide as to the style I had seen which I liked – but I wanted a consultation to help pick what would suit me in my bridal outfit and real guidance and advice like I'd seen Nisha give to the other bride.
I was super excited to come to my bridal consultation appointment, I left feeling really upset and confused why Nisha ignored me during the slot I had booked with her. I honestly just felt like I wasn't welcome and left with tears in my eyes.

Google Bad Review (2): Ive been to Kyles once around a month ago and was just browsing to get ideas for bridal jewellery. When we entered, the shop assistant whoever she is was sat at the back, did not say hello and just watched videos on her phone. I saw some gorgeous shell kaleere and asked to try them, she came over and let me try and said they can not be customised which is not a issue. We left on this day. I came back today looking to purchase by Bridal Jewellery and hoping someone more helpful would be there but it was the same woman. Again no hello, sat on her phone so we said hey. I asked to try on a few sets, she with 0 joy with a miserable look allowed me to, she said it can not be customised to different shades of jewels. I said my outfits wont be ready to collect until august and she said thats fine just come in then. She then just walked off, offered no more advise, no more help and we felt so awkward we just left. We ended up going to Nargis collection who were amazing and we spent well over £700. The lady has no customer service skills, no care for brides, no real understanding of how to treat people. Just be more welcoming, it goes a long way. Such a shame as they have some nice stuff but my god, rudeeee!
