Google Bad Review: Having spent £100’s of pounds with this spa over the year- I booked another massage which was agreed on the phone at 3.15pm & automatically added to my calendar from an email. They then sent me a text to ‘remind’ me but the time changed. I did not agree to this as I was not available. I arrived & the lady at the counter was incredibly rude and put her hand up to me when I tried to explain. Would not recommend. Incredibly rude staff
