Google Bad Review 1: I went into this showroom on Sunday 16 May 2021, and asked to see some bracelets in English.
The staff showed me the bracelet and asked for the price. She informed let me get you a Guajarati speaking assistant to which I informed you understood me in English so and no need to call her ?
She just disappeared to call her and when she came her attention was elsewhere. She informed me that as there was a religious day there is NO labour charge on jewellery and just gold price @£42 per gram plus vat.
She calculated the price of bracelet weighing 11.7 grams @ £690 ?
Than I inquired for bracelets weighing 5.9 grams and again was informed that I only pay gold price @ £42 per gram plus vat 20% and NO labour charge and she gave a price of £360 ? I informed her that her calculation was not correct she checked twice and said was correct. I said the price should be £297.36p and I know my maths – She went to her Boss and never came back.
I left the shop
Thus to sum it -showroom is nice , staff come and serve you but be vary in what they say and calculate before parting with your money

Google Bad Review (2): I went there about a month ago to buy a nose ring. They showed me a few. I picked one with diamonds on the side. Asked if this would be OK for my nose, as I had never worn a nose ring before. They said ,” yes would be right size ” Naturally I understand, we can't try such things. Happily bought it, cost me £65. Having tried it at home I found the ring to be big and it hung loose because of the weight of the diamonds. So the following week I took it back there, I don't even live close to Wembley and asked them to cut or make it smaller – do something… they were far too busy serving other customers .
I finally explained my situation, they were unhelpful. I even asked if they could take it back, melt it, as they do seem to take back old gold and do part exchanges there.
I was even happy to buy a small simple one at a loss on my part. Anyway they were reluctant to do so even though this was bought from their store only a week ago. What am I supposed to do with this loose ring that looks like something at the end of a cow's nose. They would not even cut it and were not helpful, so regretfully have to write this review for them. I have bought small items from them before and expected better customer service from them.
