Google Bad Review 1: (Translated by Google) I had been worried about tooth pain for several years, so I had a medical examination the other day. The questionnaire I filled out before the examination had a column saying “Do you want to check the entire mouth?”, So I checked it.
I asked them to go through all the painful teeth, but in the end I did not know the cause, I was only talking about risks, and there was no concrete suggestion as to what to do in the future, so I was despaired. .. There were other things I was worried about, so as I checked the questionnaire, I thought that I had an overall check, so when I asked “How was it here?” , “Eh? I'll be taking X-rays again,” he said. I still wonder what the question on the questionnaire was. Perhaps I was offended by what I said, and then I felt like I should go out quickly.
On the other hand, in the accounting, it seems that another X-ray was taken in addition to the X-ray included in the initial examination fee, and 25 pounds was added. X-ray prices are not listed on the website. Depending on the dentist, I was surprised at £ 25 for a small X-ray. Even a private dentist usually costs around £ 10. Most dentists here (local) will always explain all fees. Especially in private. At the time of accounting, I thought, “I can't have any explanation. It might have been a mistake in my memory.” I paid without saying anything, but when I checked it again after returning home, it was still an additional charge.

It is strange that this is the only word of mouth, even though it has been a long time since the hospital opened. Google's word of mouth can be erased, but bad publicity will spread quickly within the Japanese community, so it would be better to take appropriate measures on a regular basis.

数年前から歯の痛みが気になっていたので、先日診察していただきました。診察の前に記入した問診票に「口全体のチェックも希望しますか」という欄があったので、チェックしました。
痛みを感じる歯については一通り調べてもらいましたが、結局原因はわからず、リスクの話ばかりをされ、将来的にはどうすればいいかなどの具体的な提案は一切なく、余計に絶望しました。他にも気になることがあったので、問診票にチェックをした通り、全体的なチェックもしてもらったと思っていたので「ここはどうでしたか」と尋ねたら、ものすごく嫌な顔をされ、「え？またレントゲン撮ることになりますけど」と言われました。問診票の質問は何だったのだろうと未だに疑問です。私の発言に気を悪くしたのか、その後はさっさと出て行ってくださいといった感じでした。
一方で、会計では初診料に含まれるレントゲンとは別にもう１枚撮っていたらしく、25ポンドも追加されていました。レントゲンの値段はWebサイトに記載はありません。歯医者にもよりますが、小さなレントゲンで25ポンドとは驚きました。プライベートの歯医者でも通常、10ポンド前後です。こちら（現地）の大半の歯医者では全ての料金を必ず説明します。特にプライベートではそうです。会計時には「何の説明もないなんてありえない。私の記憶違いだったかも。」と思い、何も言わずに払いましたが、帰宅後に改めて確認したらやはり追加料金でした。
何の説明もなく追加した上に、患者の健康のことを何も考えていない態度に大変驚き、落胆しました。きちんとした歯医者であれば、多少金額が高くてもかかりつけにしようと思っていましたが、今回の経験で全く親身になってもらえないことが分かりました。部屋も狭くて暗く、威圧的な人の態度も手伝って余計に怖かったです。
開院から時間が経っているにもかかわらず、口コミがこれしかないのも不思議です。グーグルの口コミは消すことができますが、日系コミュニティ内では悪評はすぐに広まってしまうので、普段からそれなりの対応をしたほうが良いのではないでしょうか。
