Google Bad Review 1: Seen a property online which I fell in love with, called the exact day it was published as searching for a new home. Spoke to Sanchez and left details and info to arrange viewing. Was advised discussing with tenants that afternoon and I would be called back with further info. No call back was given. Called the following day to follow up again told they were discussing viewing dates with tenants and would be called back in ten minute, again no call back was given. Called back next day again to see if there was an update as was very keen on viewing the property and again was told viewing days still not agreed with current tenants. Left it over the weekend and the Monday. Called back on Tuesday spoke with female member of staff, mentioned I was calling about said apartment and she asked if I had been in to view it already. To which my reply was no because I’ve been constantly told theirs no viewings taking place yet. She then mentioned the flat was taken and I asked her how was this possible if I was calling daily to check for updates, she said it was to do with landlords which clearly wasn’t the case cause why would she asked me if I had been in viewing it. Then she asked my name and when I told her she abruptly said look I have to go I’m dealing with a burglary and hung up. Seems they did have viewings booked and for some reason they kept making excuses when we called to see if they were any further forward.
