Google Bad Review 1: I would give zero stars if I could. My experience with Andrew Shellhorn in arranging my first mortgage has been nothing short of a disaster! He became completely unresponsive to all my calls, messages and emails after experiencing a minor setback in the application and would not let me know of any updates. I could only get in touch with him if I reached out to Knight Frank directly! He has been holding up the buying process for me since May and after I found out from KF and the lender that nothing had progressed with my application since then, he had the audacity to say that he had not heard from me since his last message and assumed I had gone somewhere else! Completely unprofessional of him to do so despite my numerous attempts to contact him and I have now approached another lender myself! Extremely disappointed in the service received and wouldn’t wish this stress upon any first time buyer!
