Google Bad Review 1: Absolute horror show! DISGUSTINGLY RUDE AND UNTRAINED STAFF. They will take your money and leave you with fat eneven lumps on your face! Then when they realise what they’ve done they’ll ignore any follow up calls and emails. Absolutely disgusting behaviour from this sham clinic! BE VERY CAREFUL WHO YOU LET INJECT YOUR FACE! I spent a further 6 months dissolving what they’d done elsewhere costing me thousands.
Please note, every single time I try to speak to them they claim I have never attended. Just like the other reviews I canny comprehend how this establishment is still running.

Google Bad Review (2): i have needle scars on my lips 4 years on and had to pay hundreds in correctional work from other practitioners from the sheer malpractice of this company.
* have to use a ‘fake name’ when posting because they make you sign a non-disclosure agreement saying you can’t leave negative feedback !! *
if I didn’t sign that contract I would sue. but I was 18 and didn’t know any better. please please remember the saying ‘if you pay cheap you pay twice’ because that is exactly what has happened after they have botched my lips.
first things first i want to start with the most important point: i went to a correctional surgeon and he could tell exactly where the filler was administered because of SCARRING the procedure has left – not only that but he said where they placed it is actually dangerous which increases your risk of complications – please keep your safety in mind before choosing this company
my experience with Kristiana in Newcastle was awful and set the tone for all cosmetic procedures until i actually went to a company with professionalism.
procedure was done at the back of a hair salon. completely rushed and not made to feel comfortable. I was sat in public with numbing cream on my lips until I was called into this tiny cubicle at the back of the salon, whole thing just felt like a back alley job. totally rushed i was in and out within 10 minutes and didn’t really feel safe. should have trusted my gut i guess lol.
Kristiana was awful and has left me with lumps. i told her just for her to have absolutely no sympathy and to tell me to ‘just massage them’ which doesn’t work obviously and lumps shouldn’t even form if the filler is administered properly.
save your pennies, there are hundreds of good clinics that charge the same amount. do your research. don’t hop onto the first cheap treatment like I did because you’re desperate to fix your insecurity!!! health is wealth at the end of the day.
