Google Bad Review 1: So this salon destroyed my wig,I bought the wig from another salon from America.I paid 550£,I’ll try to attach pictures too and the receipt too.So I went to show the wig and to ask about a costumisation because the wig had way too much volume and had to cut ear side lace. All good and the manager said that can be done.
Second day I went to do the proper costumisation, I paid 90 £ for costumisation for hair style,and second day after I changed the hair style,I seen the wig full with holes,balding. Of course the manager didn’t agreed that was their fault,they said that the wig is not great quality. And when I asked why she didn’t told me that I have risks to ruin my wig because of costumisation because ?she didn’t said anything.She should say before that the wig is not quality and can have risks if I’m doing it,but she preferd to take 90£ from me and to ruin it,instead to say that is NOT QUALITY.

Google Bad Review (2): I went there for a moisture treatment, trim and silk press. First of all they did not have record of my appointment despite me booking online and then confirming by messaging them on Instagram, so I had to wait 30 minutes to be seen. I had never had a silk press before so didn’t know what to expect. The woman who did my silk press went over my hair too many times which has resulted in severe heat damage! I have 4c hair normally and 3 months one despite multiple washes and treatments my hair is still straight and my natural hair pattern has been ruined, I have had to cut off a lot of hair to remove the split ends caused by the damage. It will take months for my hair to grow out the damage and my hair has been completely ruined. I would avoid this salon at all costs!!
