Google Bad Review 1: Not even worth one star. GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING! This Branch caused nothing but stress for myself and my family. They like to tell you things you want to hear in order to make a sale….. (hense the advice to get it in writing !!!)
We turned up to our new rented property to be greeted by the inventory company GreenKite. They advised us to be prepared as the state of the property was “appalling” . Having put down such a large deposit we were hoping that the estate agents would have at least made sure everything was ok. There was blood all over a smashed TV, skirting boards falling off, damp residue on walls, holes in the ceiling where lights had been removed and not replaced .
The landlord lived in Australia, so this Branch acted as our landlord. Nothing was sorted a week after we moved in. After many emails and upsetting phone calls the lights and a new TV followed were finally sorted. The state of the property was not that same as we had previously viewed ! We felt that the estate agent treated us as a hindrance! Terrible way to treat two young girls.
Communication skills and customer service skills lacked from senior members of staff.
When it came to the check out of the property we can only thank Louise (in head office) for her hard work and high quality customer care.

Google Bad Review (2): They don't deserve even one star. I suspect that all these five-star comments are written by employees. We recently rented an apartment through this agency. Before signing the contract, Valentina was very nice, even too nice and said everything that we wanted to hear and which turned out to be a lie. While viewing the flat, I asked her where the landlord lived, she said she was in London and hid the fact that the owner would be our neighbor. They were supposed to do a general cleaning before we moved, which they didn't do, there was dust everywhere and even cobwebs on the wall. It took about 2 weeks to sign the documents because their website is down. my partner couldn't log in, he tried to reset his password, but he didn't get an email with a link to a page where he can do it. after a few days I got a link to his site and he got a link to a page to reset the password of a complete stranger, which is a scandal when it comes to data protection. On the day we were to pick up the keys to the apartment, we went to this agency but it turned out that they didn't have the keys because they were in a different branch. They changed the contract three times, because without our knowledge, they added a provision in it that we have to pay 300 pounds of tax that was transferred to the landlord two years ago. I have never encountered such a lack of professionalism, with so many lies. Once we had signed the documents, Valentina stopped responding to emails and ignored us. I wonder what she feels when she looks at herself in the mirror, because I've never met such terrible customer service, she's a terrible liar, she used to tell us “guys I an here for You”. Bravo Valentina, I hope you're ashamed.
