Google Bad Review: Why have your contact number when the phone line is ALWAYS busy? How are you THAT busy you can’t pick up calls for patients at a critical time during and pandemic? And even when someone manages to get through, the staff just refer you to contact them in a few days time. Given the situation we are in, that’s understandable. But when you call them back, as instructed by said staff in a few days time; they still are too busy to pick up calls.
