Google Bad Review: Kingsdown residential were the worst letting company that I have ever dealt with.
The house had numerous problems including a faulty boiler pump, inadequate smoke detectors and a rodent problem to name a few.
Kingsdown were extremely unprofessional and failed to solve any of the issues despite mine and my housemates emails.
At the end of the tenancy they then made up unreasonable excuses as to why they should withhold our deposit.
Avoid this company at all costs.
