Google Bad Review 1: This surgery is honestly shocking. I called and spoke to the most incompetent male receptionist that I have ever come across. I just fail to understand how he does not know how to do a simple task. All he had to do was book me in for an appointment. It’s literally part of his job description! He told me he booked me in (but he actually hadn’t) and hung up when I asked what time. I then didn’t receive a call, so I called back to then be told that there is no record of it. People really do not have time for all of this messing around, especially when they are unwell! It has caused me so much unnecessary stress. I have had to make numerous additional calls and spend time sitting on hold, just because this receptionist cannot be bothered to do his job properly!

Google Bad Review (2): Shoddy service waiting for a assessment to be arranged after three weeks found via telephone message that I have arrange a telephone consultation with my doctor because a letter arrived on the 7th, the consultation is not until the 29th!!!
