Google Bad Review 1: Underwhelmed by the quality of our Bed. Strips of leather around edges stuck on with Velcro like backing when the bed was put together at our home. Looks ok but insecure. Very inflexible. Tried to change our order from double to king size bed but was told we would have to forego our deposit of nearly 1k. All in all, this is an expensive store and in our experience hugely over priced for what you get.

Google Bad Review (2): Huge Delivery Issues – Be Careful!
We recently bought a sofa with the company and we really like the quality and design of the sofa and other products. The shop on Tottenham Court Road is nicely presented and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
Our issue was with the delivery – I confirmed multiple times via email, verbally in person and on the phone our required delivery date which was not achieved. We actually changed the colour of the wooden sideboards on the sofa AFTER we had purchased the couch which was not our first choice to also receive the sofa on our desired date. When the delivery isn't done on the day which we query, we get convoluted and no firm answers via any medium.. When we complain to customer service (with the same exact phone number for the showroom and customer service, so calling the actual person/people we are complaining about!) they refused a refund after delivering the sofa a week late. The customer service here is dreadful, if everything goes smooth it would be great but if not then good luck! Good product but be very careful in case of any problems with your order!
