Google Bad Review 1: Personally did not have the greatest experience with my driving instructor. From the very first lesson, my instructor would constantly be on his mobile phone and because of that instructions would be given late, ultimately leading to errors as there is a short window of time to react. This is very unprofessional and the driving school were already aware (Kim herself over the phone) that this has been a constant issue with this particular instructor. This did not help with my confidence in my driving due to the fact he spent majority of his time on his phone, wasting both my time and money.
He constantly insisted on 2 hour lessons because I would get more out of it, but I personally can't handle 2 hours and there's no point if he's going to spend the other hour on his phone and not provide the service he is supposed to provide.
In 10 lessons I've only gone over 2 maneuvers which I find ridiculous and this is considering I've had 7 lessons previously before joining Kims driving school. As a student, I feel scammed and cheated.
Unfortunately for me, I've only been offered 2 hrs of free lessons with the same instructor. Selfish approach to rectify the situation in my opinion but I guess the student is at fault for not reporting it sooner and giving the instructor a chance. However, the entire company is not at fault and I understand it is a difficult situation to handle when a single individual is the problem. I will not name the driving instructor out of good will and I urge others to report their instructors if they are in a similar situation. But what did disappoint me and found funny is that they tried justifying his reason for being on his phone, “he took a call from his builder”. Firstly that still does not deem it acceptable and I don't know anyone that chats to their builder on a regular basis and it just happens to be during my lessons. At the end of this debacle I was able to get a £25 refund.

Google Bad Review (2): 1.My learning experience with Kim's school of motoring was not fruitful.
*My instructor was impatient
*My instructor was quick to react negatively without a constructive criticism
*My instructor was a lovely person but not the right teacher for me, it was hard to original make that assessment with only one lesson together.
2.Unhelpful customer service experience with Kim's school of motoring.
*Just before lockdown I had payed £200 for lessons the next day we went in to lockdown. My financial situation changed I had to move away, between trying to keep a roof over my head and keep my stomach full I neglected to contact Kim's motoring.
*When I contact Kim's for some form of reimbursement , three of four times, I was continuously informed Kim was not available and promised I will be contacted back, but this never happened. So in simple terms my money was taking and told hit the road jack and don't come back no more.
