La peor experiencia!! Primera vez probando un KFC y fue horrible
– Local chico y sucio
– No hay baños
– Poco lugar para sentarse
– No limpian mesas y esta todo aceitoso del cliente anterior
– No se preocupan por la limpieza e higiene del local
– Servicio muy lento
Podría dejar pasar esas cosas pero lo peor de todo fue la atención!! Nos trataron muy mal!
– La cajera nos atendió de mala manera, sin ganas y ordinaria
– Nos dieron una botella de 1.5L caliente. Pedí una fría y dijeron que no tenían. Después que insistí sacó una fría y la tiró sobre el mostrador diciendo que tenían esa
– Le dieron mi pedido a otra persona y cuando vi que mi pedido desapareció de la pantalla se los hice saber. Al principio lo negaron y luego uno de ellos notó que yo tenía razón y me pidió el ticket y me entregó mi pedido. Cuando la cajera lo negaba me lo decía de muy mala manera
– Debido a la espera y mal trato por parte de la cajera pedí que me devolvieran el dinero, pero se negaron

la verdad una vergüenza.nos atendió una chica llamada “Justyna” y la atención fue horrible, te tratan mal, te miran mal y te atienden mal. enzima luego de una demora de 30 minutos de estar parados sin poder sentarnos ya que el lugar es muy chico y extremadamente sucio y al ver que muchos clientes que llegaron luego de nosotros ya habían recibido su pedido. nos acercamos al mostrador y vemos que nuestro pedido que ya habíamos pagado y ordenado hace 30 minutos atras aun no figuraba en las pantallas. debido a eso y a la mala atención pedimos la devolución del dinero lo cual se negaron a devolvernos.. luego de unos minutos más de espera nos entregan el pedido de muy mala manera, lo cual la bebida entregada nos la tiraron arriba del mostrador como si fuéramos animales y lo peor que estaba totalmente caliente y enzima no nos dieron vasos (tuvimos que tomar de la botella). sinceramente está fue mi primer experiencia en un KFC y lamentablemente fue desagradable de todo punto de vista aunque por comentarios de otras personas el problema es en ese local específicamente. en mi opinión no vuelvo nunca más a ese lugar y no se lo recomiendo ni a mi peor enemigo
