Google Bad Review 1: The racial abuse and assumptions our family has sustained through this company should not go unnoticed. We were treated differently in comparison to other viewers. Our review explained exactly how we were discriminated on the day and how we were pushed to the side. The owners response was even more disturbing. Scott who is the director responded saying that he assumes by our name that we are Asian or African and that the house we viewed was sold to an Asian family. What proof is there of that? Firstly we are not Asian or African and it displays the exact same assumptions and racial profiling we were shown at the house viewing. To me that response was unacceptable from a business owner. As a business owner myself I know that The customer is always right. But not here clearly. You attempted to make no apology and based on the hastiness of your reply did not even consult with his staff to find out the truth. I will not be coming into your shop so you can attempt to play happy families. As I have photographic evidence of your response which matches my complaint my family and I will be looking to take this further.

. Would of made sense for same agent to show me both. I wanted to see one in particular but they said as I was running late the agent left without even in calling me. Disgusting customer services why didn't he give the keys to his colleague oh he called me on the way saying he was running late pmsl absolutely incompetent service.
