Google Bad Review (2): Needed to cut some keys, they told me the brand that I had was an older model and they could cut them and I would not have much choice locally. Its a shared house so I needed 6 keys at £12.50 each, the next day I needed another key went down the road and found them for £3.50 each from another retailer close by. Also the customer service wasn't great.
