Google Bad Review 1: Have used Kenwood a couple of times. First experience was fine. Could have been a lot better considering the high end prices of their holidays.
Most recent experience with them was terrible. Photos of the 5* resort we booked were not reflective in what we actually had. Which was and un-refurbished room, at a push 3*, from a very well known hotel chain.
Kenwood kindly offered us an insulting 1% gesture of goodwill, naturally we declined their offer, and have taken the complaint to the ABTA.
To which I might add, they have not had the decency to respond to within the 28 days specified by the ABTA.

It is obvious here that they have used the very best images to portray a £10k holiday, instead of a variety of images showcasing the whole resort.

This is a huge amount of money to spend on a holiday, one we don’t take very often. And such a shame to be disappointed with the outcome.

Unfortunately we won’t be using them again, and urge any future customers to clarify EXACTLY what they are paying for.

Google Bad Review (2): Thought I would try this company, as over the years I had heard lots of good things. So phoned to book Florida Holiday; spent 30 minutes going through everything, I was happy to purchase. I was told that I would receive a call in a few hours to take payment and to confirm that all is booked.
Received no call, chased twice again the next day with company to make payment, but told twice that someone would ring me…..once again nothing!
So I have now booked elsewhere, so Kenwood Travel is not recommended by me.
