Please seek UK-Qualified Dentists.
You may have noticed that the Dentist has responded to negative reviewers in an unprofessional, bullying tone of voice, accusing reviewers of being “fake”.
As with the other reviewer who said she waited 2 years to write her feedback, I also waited long to write this. My intention was never to write negatively. In fact I gave the dentist benefit of doubt because he came across friendly and I wrongly believed he was experienced. However, unfortunately after more than once being disappointed and impacts of poorly done work that not only costed my family lot of money to correct the damage done but a lot of time that was spent looking for another dentist, the anger and frustration this Kensington Health Clinic caused us, it is my duty to inform others.
I recommend my mother and brother but he damaged their teeth. He extracted the tooth of my mum without correction which left a gap that eventually caused a decay which now needs to be extracted. The main dentist is qualified in Sweden and has done courses for Anesthetics also but my God he left lumps on my forehead that even after 3;years have not disappeared and I have a lumpy forehead. He scheduled a 45 minutes afternoon appointment for me that needed at least 1:30 hours but he was too hasty that made me so scared and stressed as he could have lost control of the needle on my face…I later realised that he was rushing to airport to catch a flight back home to Sweden!! instead of rescheduling to dedicate proper time and focus he had to push me in for a Very last minute appointment because he is greedy and money hungry.
