Google Bad Review 1: Eye examination amazing, but the glasses what they advice terrible, frame what they advice me are not fit completly, they didn't want to exchange, saying that they can adjust after the adjustment they said that they can't more because frame material don't allow them so everything what they are saying is just a lie. Just to sell overprice glasses. BEFORE PURCHASE CHECK IN OTHER STORES. Also fiting – THEY SCREATCH FRAMES WHEN THEY FIT LENSES. Really bad experience. ALL I RECORDED if someone would like to listen – that is supricing stupid what kind of excuise they are use. NOT RECOMEND !!!

Google Bad Review (2): Can not honestly comment on the quality because I've not gotten to that stage of buying a pair of glasses, but service was awful and disgusting. , the lady I dealt with has no manners and untruthful, didn't get any reply after 48 hours of emailing..etc..etc. KEC.. Please train your staffs properly if you want to stay in business long term. With staff like that you would welcome many reviews like this. I have been with vision express and specsavers for years in different cities.. no complains whatsoever!!
