Google Bad Review 1: Initial meeting was OK, took our details, we explained that we were still looking but wanted an idea of what was affordable. After finding a house a few weeks later they were slow at responding to requests for final tweaks to the figures. Finally, once we had found a place we missed it as they set the wrong figures and sent them late.
That was then followed by a rather abusive and aggressive phone call to my partner demanding money. Although i'd like to think this was the work of just one rogue advisor I suspect the whole firm works in a similar way.
Avoid them, there are plenty of other firms to use.
