Google Bad Review 1: We have KDG Property managing for us for many years. We've been trying to contact them for many months without a responses. It seems like they just don't care. How can a company be managing properties if they don't respond to the owners. Multiple attempts in getting in contact with them over many months. Unfortunately we need to call them out publicly with this review in hoping they will finally attempt to contact us back.

Never answer your email, they charge you commissions from subcontractors
Never saw you, bills from subcontracted companies
Do not justify in detail the expenses have been paid.
Stay away from KDG ESTATES.
Thanks to my review, we have achieved; the owner of KDG Property: Andrew Kelleher join us, the day on June 15 and STOP Him follow hidden behind the phone, not answering or ignoring our emails.
In This meeting besides knowing nothing of the agreements closed with Stuart Cross, recognize faults in accounting and apologize once after another, Mr. Kelleher, promised us, to give us all the details of our accounting, billing, etc. before 30 June and solve all the problems we have in our property. Gardener, Gates, etc. We are waiting ……
We DONT WANT what Mr. Stuart Cross join the team to take our property, only proved to be a futile.
Mrs. Tamra Winkworth is wonderful to work with her, attentive to our calls and always answered any emails, comments or call. Unfortunately and understandably left KDG Property.
Mr Ng Wey currently runs own property and appears to be a good professional, we'll see ……
I will continue updating the process of my comments and complaints.
