Google Bad Review (2): I should have known something was wrong when Tony asked if I wanted an asymmetrical cut, after telling him that I was there to even out my hair. He then proceeded to cut the bottom of my hair alone and then left the top wet and uncut and sent me home! Shocked by the basic failure to blend the top of my hair with the bottom, I foolishly returned to the scene of the crime for him to fix it. I spent about 2 minutes explaining the concept of layers and he expressed surprise. I have never had to explain this to any hairdresser anywhere. He then proceeded to cut the top of my hair alone without any attempt to blend it with the bottom. I was in utter shock. The top was now much shorter than the sides and could not fall naturally. Three days later after being unable to comb my hair in any style that made sense, I went into the Scissors Place two doors down and asked them to fix it. They were in shock at the hair cut and did the best they could to even it out but there was't much they could do. The first thing she did was to straighten my hair to see what it looked like before even attempting a cut. I knew right there and then that I was in good hands. I can't even pass this salon without feeling a surge of anger. If you don't have straight hair, stay away!
Re Tony's response below: I am an actual customer currently standing before the mirror trying to figure out what to do as my hair continues to grow in the mullet you cut it in. I will probably have to shave my head so I'm very happy to hear that business is booming for you.
