Google Bad Review 1: Be careful when using the online booking system- I tried to book an appointment last night but the website timed out and it did not book (no email or confirmation) but then this morning when it was too late for me to make the appointment, I got an email. I immediately called and asked to cancel but they said I would be charged. I replied that I didn’t think so because I hadn’t put my credit card info, but because they use Fresha, which had my card info stored, they did charge me the full amount of the service, even though I had attempted to cancel as soon as I could. I called to try and resolve or see if I could reschedule, and they were completely inflexible, and a little rude, I thought. Can’t comment on the quality of the facial, but certainly won’t be booking here again, they took £150 and would not work with me at all to rectify, even though there was no way I could have gotten to the appointment by the time I was notified I even had one. Their cancellation policy states: please avoid cancelling within 12 hours. I only attempted to make the booking 12 hours in advance and then did everything within my power to cancel once I realised what had happened. They need to update their policy to say that they will charge you.

Google Bad Review (2): The most unprofessional place I have ever worked in. Management has no experience in running a business and zero people skills. Cutting corners with treatments and NO training provided for staff which is extremely dangerous when using certain machinery. Bullying tactics from both managers whilst one undermining the other and talking about personal business with staff making them feel very uncomfortable. Ridiculous staff turn over due to poor management as can be seen with another review below.
