Google Bad Review 1: The prison law department is rubbish. Ignoring client needs and have no knowledge as to what they are supposed to do. Contacted them 3 months ago and they kept saying they will assist me but did not. No communication at all.

Google Bad Review (2): I cannot speak for them as a solicitor's firm. But in terms of paying me for work I have carried out for them (as an expert witness) they have been utterly atrocious. They have owed me money, literally for years, for work I had fully completed to a high standard. They have been terrible in communicating with me, ignoring the vast majority of my emails and phone calls. They have made repeated promises to me that I would be paid, and this has not happened. They have not once apologised. I did eventually get all the money they owed me (some of which I eventually got 2 years after submitting my invoice), but this took over 100 attempts to chase them up. I have worked with over 30 solicitors firms in my career as an expert witness, and Kaim Todner have been the worst BY FAR.
