Google Bad Review 1: Dirty disgusting place.
Used ear bud on hallway carpet for a whole day. Mass of black hair found in my bed. Plastic cap found in my bed. Bath plug broken. Rubbish in our ice bucket. Dust over the table. Bedside light not working. Bath plug broken. Bathroom floor tiles are dangerously slippery. Slime on bath hand rail.
Tried to call reception and no answer until the phone went dead.
No coffee and only 2 tea bags.
Hairdryer clogged with dust so much that it got so hot and died.
No bar menu except on your phone with QR code.
No robe or slippers provided which is advertised as included on their site.
I informed reception as I left and they let me leave. 1 hour later I had an email from manager to which a amicable solution was agreed.
Sadly I cannot recommend this hotel. It's let down by the cleanliness

Google Bad Review (2): In reference to just the Spa.
1hr 30 mins delay due to their mistake in taking in wrong client. Not even sure if their gesture of goodwill was equivalent to the package I had initially purchased. May well be a good place but today was an experience to forget. The massage itself was great so no fault there. Must have been one of those odd bad days that everyone is capable of having.
