Google Bad Review 1: I never leave feedback, and apologise in advance, but the food ordered here for delivery was extremely tasteless, bland and expensive. I ended up ordering here as my local was closed, I will definitely not be ordering here again. Hopefully it's a one off as it was 5 mins to closing time.. nothing from my £40 order tasted good, of quality or of expected standard given how many good reviews it seems to have. Absolutely ripped off, only thing we managed to tolerate was the greasy chow mein and the crispy duck. Sorry man, absolutely devastated as I was really looking for ward to digging into some good Chinese, even the prawn crackers tasted off. The prawn dumplings tasted odd too so thought I'd save myself the risk and avoided the rest. 75% wasted food. Greasy, tasteless, and DID NOT HIT THE SPOT. Hopefully it's a one off but I will resume to the Chinese I normally order from. All the best.

Google Bad Review (2): I don't usually like to leave bad reviews but we had the worst experience. The food was disgusting, we couldn't we eat it so we just wanted to pay and leave although we really don't like wasting food. We paid by card and we realised we were charged £5 extra. We challenged the lady that served us, who said they had a 10% service charge. We explained £5 was more than 10% but she didn't care. Such a dissapointing experience.
