Google Bad Review 1: Joules Website – Ordered a new hoodie from the Joules Badminton Horse Trials 2022. On outrunning for the first time odd white (bleach?) mark on it. Reported to customer services. Sent in photo unable to offer refund best they could do was 15% refund no replacement?!
As I ordered the Polo to match have ordered another but as a very regular customer as my order history shows thought that they could have done more?!
There are other players on the market which I will now consider as and alternative such as Blakely Clothing and Whale of a Time.
