Google Bad Review: Very bad service. Waited 20 mins for a hotdog. Ordered at 5.13pm. And it is 5 33pm and i still dont have my oder. Literally served 10 or more customers after my number before my ordered is prepared.
If i dont follow up they didnt really care about it. They said it will be cooked fresh and i have to wait for 5 mins more. But they received the order at 5.13 and im sure around those 20 minutes they can already see that there is a hotdog order.
The slowest fastfood in london.
Just an update. After 6 mins no hotdog still. And i was asked to wait another 5 mins. Reassuring falsy. Really bad customer service. Staff said to pick a menu on the board and it will be given to me. Trying to compensate the bad service. And another said, its either u wait or we refund. I said okay lets refund the hotdog. She refunded everything and i dont have any food after waiting for 30 mins. I said i only said refund the hotdog. And then she said okay will just give u the items with a very heavy face and heart. Sounded like it is my fault. The worst experience ever in this jollibee. Ive been here so many times. It was not even busy when i arrived. What is the point of the staff in front preparing and the orders? Is it not their duty to check that orders are being prepared systematically? And is it first come first serve basis? I saw couple of hotdogs given away to other customers? The rest of the food is cold and my hotdogs are fresh? It doesnt make sense at all.
Anyway, i took the food and just really disgusted with the service. If you are tired from work and you just want to eat, this is not the place to go. Better go somewhere else.
Food disgustingly cold. Because it was taken out of the heater to be packed. Staff didnt really care that it will get cold.
Another thing is refund issue and details was said after i tapped my phone which will be 3 to 5 processing days.
