Google Bad Review: My friend and I rented a 2 bed 2 bath property with them. Later, my friend's guarantor backed out so we proposed a thousand different solutions (upfront rent payment, paying shortfall plus deposit, etc) and they rejected all possible alternatives & we didn't get a refund on our holding deposit.
We were surprised that they were not even willing to consider any alternative and were extremely reluctant to present anything to the landlord.
The flat we were renting was undergoing renovations and was supposed to get ready in early April and our move in date was 12th April. After a few days of this incident, I saw the ad for the same flat with move in date from 31st May. That's when it was clear that we were scammed.
The flat wasn't going to be ready by 12th April and to avoid giving back the holding deposit, they didn't consider any alternatives (which every other agency does since you've paid the holding deposit) and just put it on us.
They have scammed us and looted our holding deposit when in reality the flat wasn't going to be ready for move in till 31st May.

DO NOT RENT FROM THESE SCAMMERS.
