Google Bad Review 1: I was recently at this clinic having been referred from a walk in.
During my appointment the healthcare worker brought in a woman, who inexplicably shouted at me for 5 straight minutes. She demanded to know why I had come to the clinic and when I tried to explain, yelled over me that this was the wrong place to come, and that they didn't get paid for people like me. I continued to try and explain my situation to this woman and she completely refused to help in any way, in the rudest and most aggressive way possible.
I had travelled a long way, and waited almost an hour to be seen, only to be treated with complete contempt by this woman, who was apparently a doctor, and yet seemed to have the emotional intelligence of a rusty nail.
All other staff members I saw at this clinic were extremely patronising. One described the previous woman as “perhaps a little brusque” and apologised “if I found this upsetting”. Brusque doesn't begin to describe it – I don't think a doctor should ever raise their voice to a patient and I could not comprehend why she would blame me for being referred to the wrong place. Yes I found this upsetting, and deeply, deeply unprofessional.

Google Bad Review (2): Been in 3 times when said walk in clinic only to be told no walkins maybe its time to update your Web site might save a few hundred poeple the wasted trip. So decided to book appointment online. signed up confirmed by e mail went to book an appointment found 1st appointment pushed the book botton won't accept booking. I won't ever wast my time with this clinic again!
