Google Bad Review 1: Sent a new copy of our lease and asked us to sign our again (via our solicitors which fyi are just as bad!) as they “cannot locate our previously signed lease”. I mean if you’re a law firm that loses documents what else is going wrong there?! Quite annoying and a waste of our time trying to meet up with the same person that signed our original lease who has moved miles away. Also, don’t try it and say you’ve done a search and you cannot find me as a client because I wouldn’t waste time writing this if it was the case!
