Google Bad Review 1: At first I thought the workers were racist as I was walking around the store for a long time looking at the products when they all just ignored me. They probably thought I was not going to spend any money. Unfortunately, After viewing several places, this was the only place that had the flooring I wanted so I went back. This time I got served and I was quoted £1000 for a small one bedroom flat. It was extremely expensive but I decided to go ahead as it was the only flooring I liked. The salesman also charged me for 3 bottles of spray for the vinyl flooring, one for living room, one for bedroom and one for hallway. It was £30 each. When the workers actually came to fit it they just sprayed 2 squirts and that was it. This bottles were never given to me and I didn't ask for it as they are no use to me but my point is that I was charged for three bottles when the workers just sprayed two squirts from one bottle and that was it. I asked for living room and bedroom to be done separately so I can pay in instalments. Once I was ready for the second part to be fitted they had lost my laminate flooring. I tried to speak to a man who does accounts and he said this was not his problem as he only takes care of paperwork. So I waited 2 days and then went back to check if the workers had found it and they had done so they managed to fit the flooring. My main problem with this company was their overcharging, especially for the three bottles that was never used, the lack of customer service and once they took their money they didn't care not that they were nice in the first place. I really regretted spending all that money for this company.

Google Bad Review (2): Carpet not stretched sufficiently, thresholds not cut to size. Although they couldn't be fitted on the day they were asked to fitted to size. Carpet not cut around door frames, left long. Charged £400 for a hallway, were late which meant losing money through missing work for me. Never put/suggested hardwood going down to protect floor. Have since had another carpet firm out to look at the job who have agreed the job was done not up to standard. I do not recommend this company to anyone.
