Google Bad Review 1: This company does not look at you as a person but as a potential suer. I came for a nanoblading treatment and upon saying I was an ex-cancer patient they directed me back to my GP, who needed to write a letter to say I could have the treatment. Knowing that (ex-)cancer patients (patients who underwent chemotherapy and radiation, all of which I have never even had) often have microblading treatments to help them to look nice again after eyebrow loss, and having read the great reviews, I assumed Jaxon staff would be happy to help.

They were not. The GP was, rightly so, unwilling to provide a letter to assist with beauty treatments, because this is not their job after all. He didn't imply that he had any doubts about me undergoing a nanoblading treatment at all.

I went back to Jaxon, offered to take full responsibility for my own health and even willing to sign a statement to this end. They refused again. They could not help me. This is despite many patients having microblading before, during and after their cancer scare. Many nurses even do microblading as a side job.

Jaxon is an example of a company that does not have customer care as its core value, but rather unfounded fears about being dragged into lawsuits.

Highly disappointing experience, and I will bring this to the attention of various organisations.

Google Bad Review (2): Disappointed, had a manicure and pedicure and I would rate it 3/10. Paid a lot less and had a much better service in other salons. As someone that work in the industry I know what standards should be met. Had french tip and can still see my natural tip underneath. Had the gel peel off after 6 days. Very poor cuticle removal. Not close to the sides of my nails. Tried to book in to have it rectified only to be spoken to poorly and sarcastically. If you charge a upscale price I expect upscale customer service and results.
