Google Bad Review 1: I contacted this company to evict the tenant from my property. The whole eviction process is new and stressful for me. When I contact this solicitor (Nelisa) I was expecting her to support me and give me full information in each steps of the process. However, the solicitor is very rude and not helpful at all. Communication is 0. I send email after email with no respond. It’s impossible to get her through the phone, by any chance if I did she is just rushing to hung the phone and doesn’t answer my questions properly. My case is at the court now and I just hoping it will be over soon and done with this solicitor for good. The service they provide is less than 1 star. I DON’T RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL.
