Google Bad Review (2): Other reviews say all. And I thought I would let the other people know about my experience too.

I had a crown fallen off so went to glue it again. My appointment was not an emergency as they told us if we booked as an emergency there would be an extra charge on the phone. Then on the appointment day they fixed it and added 80 pounds on top of the NHS band 1 cost. I asked what is the 80 pounds for as I had the same issue before and paid the NHS band 1. it was not even one year ago so i had to understand what the extra was for. The receptionist, oh god I should’ve really filmed it and put on social medias, started screaming at me that this was for an emergency cost. Then I explained that I did not book an emergency and I made it clear over the phone, then she started telling me this is the service and I just need to pay (again no clear information). I asked again I need a clear clarification then guess what, she called the dentist, who was absolutely overly friendly when he was doing my tooth, and said to him “the client doesn’t wanna pay for his service” in front of me. It was beyond rude but I patiently waited, then the dentist came out and said to me in front of another patient sitting in the same room, “I have provided a great service and if you do not want to pay that is fine. But please do not come to my practice again.” And told the receptionist not to charge me at all and made me leave!! Again, without any clear explanation.

This was one of the worst experiences with the dentists in London.
