Google Bad Review: Looks good on pictures, but facilities are flimsy and cheap. Very poor sound insulation, useless under floor heating, water leaks everywhere. Main water pipe broke twice in 12 months – whole building left without water for 7 days and counting!
The only highlight is the great concierge service.
Buy/rent somewhere else.
