Google Bad Review: Shambles. Turned up for my second visit to find I’d been messed around. Two people for the same time slot. Me and someone else. ‘Dr’ (lol) says ‘well you guys can just toss a coin’. I said sorry mate I’ve driven from Guildford for this and I’m not tossing no coin. Fair enough he says. You come in first, she can wait outside. So I said to him sorry pal that’s not fair on her either and walked out. They rang me later grovelling saying my time slot was a week later despite my written appointment card having that days date and time. As for the first treatment I definitely think the guy was just trying to get as much money out of me as possible. All the Us YouTube vids I’ve seen show a proper adjustment and treatment. (2-4 sessions) During the first and only session he said I thing 10 sessions is what you require to be fully fixed. Ok I thought, I never said yes. Afterwards he walks me to reception and said to the lady on the desk, ‘ the gentleman has decided to go with our 10 session package’. That’s about £500. Sorry pal I wasn’t born yesterday. You talk too much and I could see what you were trying. Thankfully I only paid for the one session. Also the receptionists called him ‘ Dr Daniel’, maybe he’s got a doctorate in Geography but this definitely gave the impression or outwardly that this bloke has some bonafide medical qualification. My arse. Anyway I wouldn’t be surprised if this place closes permanently. If you can’t get the most basic stuff correct like booking your clients on the right day your doomed. Also a final gripe. Dr Dan the man spent way too much time Inputting data onto a computer, in the style and competency of my 79 year old father. If your that computer illiterate get your notebook out, spare yourself and your clients the agony of watching you try to work a computer and get the nice reception girls to type it up. Lord have mercy.
