Google Bad Review 1: Some of the staff are incompetent & unfriendly. At one occasion, they failed to enrol me onto the course, and I only found out about this a few days before it was about to start. Moreover, I was treated in a rude manner at several occasions. Before you've paid, they seem to completely mistrust you and getting your money is their number one concern.

Google Bad Review (2): I've been trying to enroll in an AVE course starting in May and have been asking for information since March but none answers my emails.
None told me how to take the DELE exam studying by myself because apparently there is no book you can study on to take the exam.
