Google Bad Review 1: My daughters first eye test very inviting due to a helpful gentleman that booked the appointment and a helpful receptionist named Gloria was on hand in the day of the appointment – the examination however was a little bit questionable I will get the exam carried out again by another repitable company as the optician that carried out the exam has left me with some doubts as too the way she carried out the very long eye examination – the optician mentioned that she had a bad back which meant personal space was at a minimal as she asked my child to go to the extreme left of the chair & the extreme right of the chair & far forward ect – she also failed to listen to what we the customer wanted… my daughter found two frames she liked straight away that we would pay for and she was still drainingly asking her to try numerous different frames which she didnt like at all and then coming back to the orginal pair she liked in the first place – I would not recommend for children my daughter bombarded me with questions after the examination… one being could the optician even see as she has a eyes or eyelid defects which look closed most of the time & then why does she have only 3 fingers on one hand ect … my child just wanted to get out of the room …. everything a adult can handle and bypass but a little bit over whelming for a small child …. the reception is very small with no room for confidentiality
