Google Bad Review 1: First red flag was receiving an email in about 10,000 fonts which is unprofessional, unnecessary and not something I've seen in my entire professional career up-to-date. Decided to take a chance anyway as the role was of interest but then came the second, third and fourth red flag during the phone call. I felt like I almost came under accusation about the fact that I left my previous job due to lack of progression. I was then also asked whether I left my job on good terms which no recruiter (and I have dealt with a lot of them over the last few months) has asked me before, and after responding, there was even a trailed off, “oh, so you wouldn't be able to get a reference about your performance then…” which again, is accusatory and not something a candidate should be asked during the first conversation. Another email then came after which was riddled with spelling errors and the many different fonts, I don't even know why. Also, seeing the only other review on here which was negative just reassured my initial opinion.

Google Bad Review (2): Valentine Nwanze Is a horrible Person who decides to do background research on clients that put their trust in him to find them a job. Absolutely disgusting that he had the audacity to discuss this with a manager and tell me he will come back to me the week after. Well you haven't and I will never use the recruitment agent again.
